I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Admin account to check if this helps. Aug 30, 2015 · This is a program update for an installed program. The program and the update both installed w/o trouble on Win 7. I've tried to install with Compatibility set for Win 7 but am still blocked. It looks like there's some of this happening, but I found no good answers for it generally, and certainly none that worked for me. Any help ?
