What are the flavors of an Erdinger weissbrau?
T- Much of the aforementioned aromas carry over into the flavors. Muted banana, baking spices (clove and nutmeg), creamy yeast, bread and/or biscuit, and a dry finish that is of grain/wheat kernel. I find that the overall malt profile is fairly robust, and is noticeable from start to finish.
