Prepare the marinade by combining ¼ cup tamari, ¼ cup vegetable broth, 2 Tbs. olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp. each dried thyme, paprika and ground cumin, ½ tsp. turmeric, ½ tsp. kosher salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper in a deep bowl and whisk. Add the tofu to the marinade and make sure all the pieces are covered.
