ONCE RECEIVED, IT WAS CLEAR IT WASN'T NEAR MINT. SELLER AND I AGREED THROUGH TCGPLAYER EMAILS AND PERSONAL EMAILS TO RETURN THE CARD FOR A FULL REFUND. THE CARD WAS SHIPPED BACK, WITH TRACKING. SELLER TOLD ME THEY RECEIVED THE CARD. SELLER RESUSES TO REFUND ME THE MONEY.What is tcgplayer doing to support sellers during the USPS situation?
