How to make an FAQ page in SharePoint Here are the steps: Navigate first to the target site in your tenant Click the new button on the homepage Select the page option from the options On the right panel: Select the blank template Click the create page button at the bottom 1. Create a custom list named FAQ. 2. Edit the Title column and rename it Question. (Click Title column>select Column settings>click Rename) 3. Add a column which is named Answer. (Click Add column>select Multiple lines of text) 4. Edit current view such as All Items. (Click All Items>select Edit current view) 5. Select Style>select Newsletter>click Ok. Go to the site and click the setting icon at the top. Choose Add a page.
