This account is for anyone under 18 years of age. For children 13 years or under, a parent or legal guardian will need to open the account (either online or in a branch). If you're 14 or over, you can apply by yourself at your nearest branch. Accounts must be in the child’s name only and are unable to be opened as a trust.Can a 14 year old open a bank account online?
