As colleage Jon Tydda showed me, the solution is simple: In the Inbox, choose Page Setup from the File menu. Select Define Print Styles from the resulting submenu. In the Define Print Styles dialog box, choose the style you want for the default. Keep in mind that the printing default depends on the particular window you’re in — it will be different for messages, calendars, tasks, and so on.
