Open Outlook 2016 and select File > Account (or Office Account). Click Sign In and enter the email address and password you use with Office 365. If prompted, verify your account or set up the Authenticator app for multi-factor authentication (MFA). If Outlook does not find your account automatically, click + Add Account and enter your email address. If Outlook still does not connect, make sure that AutoDiscover DNS record is set up for your domain and choose Show Profiles option from Mail Setup window. Open Outlook. (Don't have the app? Here's how to download it .) Select File, and then select + Add Account. ... Enter your Microsoft 365 Email address and select Connect.
